This notice covers Eisso Ayakkabı wholesale services at eisso-shoes.com. The site uses WordPress, WooCommerce, WPML and Eisso Factory; the separate notice for the Ms Sugar Shoes retail store does not describe this site’s operation. Visiting the site or reading this notice is not consent to processing that requires a separate choice. Data is collected through account and request forms, uploaded files, correspondence you share with us and technical site operations.

Controller and data

The company below is the data controller. Account and request forms collect contact name, business, email, phone, country/city, favourites, request details and reference images. Access may also generate technical connection and security logs.

Purposes and grounds

Data supports account management, quotations, communication, accepted orders and security. Depending on the processing, relevant grounds include steps towards or performance of a contract, legal obligations, protection of rights and necessary security interests. Separate consent must be obtained where required. Sending a request is not marketing consent.

Access and retention

Authorised staff and necessary hosting, technical support, communication, accounting or transport providers may access data within their tasks. Reference images are not added to the public catalogue. Retention must be limited by the purpose of the account/request, legal duties and dispute requirements; deletion requests are assessed accordingly.

External services

Image services and measurement boundaries

Some public product gallery images load from Shopify CDN (cdn.shopify.com). Those requests may disclose your IP address and browser/connection information to that provider, independently of Eisso’s optional counters. Withdrawing measurement consent does not stop these image requests. This does not mean that reference images uploaded to private requests are public. The 180-day cookie choice and 90-day aggregate counters are not the retention periods for accounts, request files, security logs or other providers’ records.
