Seller and scope

The Eisso company identified on this page operates this site and is the seller and invoice issuer for its offers. This site receives wholesale enquiries from businesses. Ms Sugar Shoes is an Eisso brand. These terms concern purchases for business or professional purposes. The Ms Sugar Shoes retail store’s withdrawal, promotion, payment and delivery terms do not automatically apply to these wholesale requests. Mandatory rights applicable to the actual transaction remain unaffected.

Request, quotation and approval

Saving a request does not constitute order acceptance, price approval or the start of production. The written quotation confirms the model or reference design, colour, material, finish, quantity, price, currency, taxes, shipping scope and production schedule. Production starts after written agreement and fulfilment of any agreed advance-payment condition.

Size runs and custom designs

The minimum total is 13 runs / 104 pairs, with mixed models and colours allowed. Each run contains 36×1, 37×2, 38×2, 39×2, 40×1. Designs outside the catalogue may be requested with a photo and description; feasibility and any sample approval are reviewed separately. A photograph alone is not a promise of exact reproduction.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Any advance-payment percentage and balance due date are specified in the written quotation. This site does not automatically collect payment. Send changes or cancellation requests in writing with the request number. Refunds depend on the production stage, previously accepted terms and applicable law; there is no blanket statement that all advances are non-refundable.

Delivery and non-conformity

The offer specifies delivery location, transport costs, customs, taxes and transfer of risk. Delays or production problems are addressed in writing. Report missing, damaged or non-conforming goods with the order number, photos and details. Repair, replacement, price reduction or refund are considered according to the circumstances and applicable law. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Wholesale returns, shipping and return address

Wholesale returns are accepted only for defective goods. Non-defective goods cannot be returned solely because the buyer changes their mind. Rights and remedies under mandatory applicable law remain unaffected. Send your return request in writing to info@eisso-shoes.com with the order number, reason and any relevant photos, so we can clarify the shipping details. For returns agreed by the parties or required by applicable law, return shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing or mandatory law allocates responsibility differently. The buyer may choose any carrier. The return address is the Bornova / İzmir factory address shown in the company details on this page. This shipping clause does not remove the seller’s mandatory responsibilities for defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods. It neither creates an unconditional right of return nor excludes all returns.

Reference images and contact

You must be entitled to supply images for assessment and the agreed production. Requests to reproduce another party’s protected brand or design without permission are not automatically accepted. Images are accessible to the requester and authorised staff; uploading does not authorise public advertising use. Contact us using the details below.
