How do I confirm the upper, lining and sole materials?
Read the model’s documented design and surface details. A suede-look finish is not a claim of genuine suede. Ask for the exact upper, lining and outsole composition for your chosen model and colour.
Can I request heel height and shaft measurements?
Send the model reference and size to ask about heel height, shaft height and circumference. Do not assume measurements from a different model or size apply.

Can I request a sample or trial order?
You can enquire about a sample or trial order for a selected model. Availability, cost, pair quantity and preparation time must be confirmed separately. Free samples are not promised.
Can I discuss my own branding or design?
Share your logo, packaging, colour or design request with the model reference and target quantity. Technical feasibility and commercial conditions must be reviewed before any custom-production commitment.

What is the minimum order quantity?
A standard size run contains 8 pairs: 36×1, 37×2, 38×2, 39×2, 40×1. The minimum of 13 runs / 104 pairs applies to the whole order. For example, 6 runs of one model plus 7 of another make 104 pairs.
How long does production or preparation take?
Timing depends on the model, quantity, materials and production schedule. Include your required date in the enquiry. Confirm production or preparation time separately from transit time.
How is shipping outside Turkey arranged?
Send the destination country and city. Transport options, charges, documents and delivery terms are assessed for the order. Do not assume the same transit time or tax-inclusive price for every destination.

How a factory production request is assessed
First specify models, colours, materials and size runs. Samples, technical feasibility, production time, prices and delivery terms are discussed separately. Samples are not assumed to be free, and saving a request does not start production.
Custom designs and material requests
Submit a description and reference image for a custom design. Execution depends on factory approval, confirmed specifications and design rights. Standard colour requests are black, beige, brown and tan; you may also request another colour.
