Explain the design with a reference
Describe the women’s boots or ankle boots you want: shaft length, toe shape, heel appearance, fastening and details to emphasise. If you are adapting an Eisso model, include its reference and the requested changes.
Add a reference image and explain which parts it illustrates. A photo alone does not promise an exact reproduction. Images uploaded for a custom request remain in the private enquiry record.
Specify material and colour
State genuine or synthetic material separately from the desired smooth leather or suede appearance. A suede look does not establish genuine suede. The exact upper, lining and sole composition needs confirmation; a particular construction is subject to technical review.
Core colours are black, beige, brown and tan. Include a reference for another colour. Discuss how the final colour will be approved, since a screen image can differ from a physical material.
Give measurements with the shoe size
If heel height, shaft height or circumference matters, state the measurement and the size it applies to. A model photograph does not verify these measurements. The standard run covers sizes 36–40; different sizes or measurements require a separate feasibility check.
Add quantity, required date and destination
A standard wholesale order starts at 13 runs / 104 pairs in total, with models and colours mixed. Each run is 8 pairs: 36×1, 37×2, 38×2, 39×2, 40×1. This does not promise that every custom design can be made on identical terms; feasibility and conditions need separate approval.
State when you need the goods and the delivery country and city. Sample preparation, production preparation and transport are separate stages. Confirm the custom design’s schedule individually; do not apply a standard order’s preparation time to all custom designs or treat it as international transit time.
Branding, packaging and design rights
Describe any logo or packaging changes. Providing a reference image does not give permission to copy a third party’s design or brand. Production depends on factory approval, agreed specifications and appropriate design rights.
